- TO READ THE NOTICE CONVENING THE MEETING
The meeting was Chaired by Mr Jim Mason, Chairman of Winchcombe Town Council who read the notice dated 23rd May 2023, formally convening the meeting. - TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR NON-ATTENDANCE
Apologies were received from Councillors Hannah Clarke, Valerie Dean, Oliver Madle and Stuart Maughan - TO RECEIVE, AND IF APPROVED, TO CONFIRM THE MINUTES OF THE WINCHCOMBE PARISH MEETING HELD ON 23RD MAY 2023
Councillor Sue Sturgeon proposed that the minutes were confirmed as a true record, seconded by Councillor Wesley Marlow.

Councillor Jim Mason presented his Annual Report which was also shared in bound form in the Winchcombe Town Council Annual Report. Thanks were expressed to Winchcombe Rotary Club and Cycling Club for generous donations towards the Pump Track in Winchcombe Park - TO RECEIVE THE ACCOUNTS (UNAUDITED) OF WINCHCOMBE TOWN COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH 2024
The Clerk circulated Accounts (unaudited) of the Winchcombe Town Council for the year ended 31st March 2024 - TO RECEIVE A REPORT FROM A REPRESENTATIVE OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Councillor David Gray gave a summary of his report which was shared in bound form within the Winchcombe Town Council Annual Report. Highlights from the year include progress on road repairs, higher growth, lower unemployment, and funding received to re-electrify the bus fleet - TO RECEIVE A REPORT FROM A REPRESENTATIVE OF TEWKESBURY BOROUGH COUNCIL
Councillor G Madle gave a summary of her report which was shared in bound form in the Winchcombe Town Council Annual Report. Highlights include youth worth, new Tewkesbury Borough Council councillors and proactive communications such as social media, surgeries and web-casting meetings - TO RECEIVE REPORTS FROM VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS, TO BE CIRCULATED IN BOUND FORM AT THE MEETING
The Chairman stated Annual Reports had been received and circulated in the Annual Report from:- Abbey Fields Community Centre Management Committee Trustees

- TO DEAL WITH ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHICH MAY BE LAWFULLY RAISED AT THE MEETING
Councillor Jim Mason wished to emphasise just how much work Winchcombe Town Council has at current time, including:- members will be meeting with Gloucestershire County Council representatives to discuss the next stages of the parking Traffic Regulation Order
- Mount View Cemetery development
- Neighbourhood Development Plan review and refresh
- All members encouraged to attend upcoming Four-Year Plan workshop
