MESSAGE FROM WINCHCOMBE COMMUNITY NETWORK

A number of organisations in Winchcombe are planning to offer warm spaces - free, welcoming, safe spaces where residents can go if they are in need and have the opportunity to socialise, eat or take part in activities. You will be seeing these publicised in the coming weeks.
Some of these warm spaces will be seeking volunteers and this is an invitation for you to consider whether you could give a couple of hours a week to help keep them open, serve refreshments, or help with activities. We don’t expect volunteers to have special qualifications, but if you have a current DBS certificate, please let us know. If you’d like to find out more, with no commitment at this stage, please contact Nicki Roy at Blenheim Court, blenheim@kingsdale.co.uk, who has kindly offered to be the POC for coordinating volunteers on behalf of Winchcombe Community Network.
